  I am usually not one to leave bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience with this daycare to help other parents in their search. I would start with the positives. Ms Thania is a sweet person, really understanding and kind, the location was perfect for us in terms of proximity, nice size parking lot, easy communication with payments and administrative things. They were also really helpful accepting my son while we were navigating some biting issues, that meant a lot for me. However, our experience changed rapidly. First of all there are no cameras anywhere (for safety purposes and accountability), second when I was given the tour I was shown the big playground not the side playground that only had 2 bicycles and 2 little basketball hoops, classroom did not have enough resources to promote learning and growth. My son was in the Discovery class, he is almost 3 y/o. We only lasted there for 1 week and a half and pulled him out immediately after I was informed that his speech therapist was not allowed to conduct a one on one session with my son (I informed the daycare about all his services that he received prior to enrollment and asked for permission, and was granted that by the director, but class teacher discredited the speech therapist and made the comment “I am not comfortable with you being with him by yourself”, speech therapist has worked with him for almost 1 year in a different daycare, we never had any issues). In just a week and a half, my son’s biting escalated and his mood changed completely. I was also informed by a witness in the classroom that children were being yelled at by staff. Bottom line, I can’t speak for the other classes, but for us this was not a good experience. I understand that my son has some behavioral issues, but I did not feel comfortable knowing he is witnessing adults screaming and losing their patience, and his services being blocked by his teacher. I am a believer that discipline needs to happen but with a firm tone, not screaming and children should have access to any services that will aid their development. For the price they charge, I expected much more support and a more enriching environment. The day I moved him into a different daycare all his behavioral issues stopped, and that for me says enough. Unfortunately I would not recommend this daycare to anyone for my son’s age group.

  Hi every one I’m food delivery.This morning, on October 28, 2025, I received a food delivery order from McDonald’s to this kindergarten. The order required a PIN for verification, but the recipient of my order was unable to verify the PIN, even though I waited for more than 20 minutes for them to obtain the verification code. They were unable to do so, and this woman even snatched the order from my hands and tried to force me to leave after failing to verify the order. If anyone were in my position, what would they have done? Furthermore, this woman said that verifying the PIN was my responsibility, and that she did not have a PIN.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at kindercare! From the moment we enrolled our son, the staff has been incredibly warm, attentive, and supportive. They genuinely care about the children and create such a nurturing and engaging environment. The daily updates and photos give us peace of mind, and it’s clear that our son is thriving—he's always happy when we pick him up! The teachers are patient and loving, ensuring each child gets the attention they need. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and socialization. As a parent, it’s reassuring to know that our son is in such good hands. We’re so grateful for the team at kindercare and highly recommend them to any family looking for a caring and trustworthy daycare.
