I really appreciate the staff at the Kindercare Woodward Park location! My wife and I were stressing out trying to find a daycare that would accept our son because he isn't potty trained due to having autism. I spoke with Ms. Erin and she was very welcoming of our son and him not being potty trained was a non-issue for them. For the three weeks he was there during winter break, the staff was very kind and I really appreciated the updates they would give us throughout the day through the app. I'd highly recommend this daycare! My son loved it too! My son was in good hands with Ms. Erin and her staff. :)

I can't recommend this Kindercare enough! My daughter started at only 3 1/2 months, it was such a hard decision to chose a place for her. But from the tour day, I knew this place would be for her. Erin is a fantastic director! She communicates well, is available for parents/guardians and hires extremely well. Every teacher my daughter had would treat her and my husband and I like family. They are intentional and informative. They would notice things about my daughter that as a mom, meant the world, like when she was ready to start solids or was fussier than usual. They send updates all throughout the day that made me feel more at peace. She truly thrived while she was there! I know how difficult it is to chose a place for your child while you're at work, Erin and her team make it easier!

Loving our daycare! Teachers really care and got to know our kids. Older kid was a daycare pro and was happy from day 1 at Ms. Celeste's class. We credit Ms. Ileana and Ms. Serena for potty training him (which prompted this review😂). Our younger one had a difficult start being new to daycare at 1 yo 4 months ago. Everyone was so patient and really worked with him to overcome both his fears and his eating difficulties, for which we are grateful for. He is now thriving and acts like a boss baby there. We love the photos they send through out the day. Happy with our choice!

As a first time mom, finding the right daycare for my 12 month old daughter was extremely important. I searched and researched for weeks before I landed on Woodward Park KinderCare. All seemed well until we had our first few visits. The staff watching over my daughter never smiled at drop-offs which made my husband and I particularly nervous. I was not allowed to send my daughter in healthy food options (although during our walkthrough the manager said that would be fine). One day I picked her up, and she had poop in her vagina from a carelessly changed diaper. Another time I asked what had caused a bruise on her chin and was met with blank stares and no answers. I had to contact the daycare manager in order to get a response. We looked past those two instances and decided to keep my daughter there as it was the nearest daycare to our home, but the final straw came when we received a call stating "your daughter has suffered a minor fall, but she's okay" When I asked to see a picture, as I was at work that morning and my husband was tied up in meetings, it took them a good half hour to finally get one to me. Once I received the photo, I knew we were done with them. I cried and felt immense guilt for having placed her in their hands. My daughter had not suffered a "minor fall," half her forehead was bruised purplish/red as if she had been dropped from much higher than they had led me to believe. When we contacted Erin, the manager, she stated she had not seen the photo. We sent her the photo and her response was "accidents happen." I agree, accidents do happen, but this was no accident. This was complete disregard for my child's well-being. I paid a considerable amount of money to have my daughter cared for. I didn't get that. I also didn't get an apology, or a refund as requested. If you want a place that will take your money, and may-or-may not look after your children, this is the place. You'll get plenty of excuses of why their over crowded classes do not allow for closer attention to your child. They send the occasional photo (of when they're actually looking after your kid) but that is not a true testament of how the day goes for your non-verbal child. Sure, my daughter was too young to verbalize what was going on, but the poop and repetitive bruising spoke for her. From a mom to a mom, my advice is stay away. If there were an option for zero stars, that would be more fitting. I fortunately have found a place that understands what running a daycare is all about, I wish you the best of luck in finding a place for your little ones as well.

We are relatively new to Woodward Park KinderCare. So far we have been very happy. The teachers are great and genuinely care about our daughter. They do a great job of not only taking care of the well being of the kids but teaching them on a daily basis as well. Our daughter comes home with something new every day.
