  Very horrible place listen to the reviews I wish I would have on not taking my daughter here they are sneaky and dirty and change kids at the very last minute of pickup go early to pick ur baby up and u will catch your kid with dried up poo happened 4 times plus I was not informed of hands foot mouth disease and when my baby got it they said they forgot to send me a email that there was an outbreak!dirty lazy place they mistreat kids I also was not informed my child was bitten I had to find out on my own by seing the marks when confronted the kinder care they said they didn’t see it happen!!!

  The staff was very friendly and caring. My 3 year old son attended for about 6 months and he learned and grew so much there! It was our first day care experience and it left a great impression on us.

  HORRIBLE. This center is run by adolescent adults with no real business skills. It is way overpriced as well. I had issues that required contacting the corporate office and they basically shrugged me off, stating that individual facility complaints are not corporate problems. Very unprofessional. Security - The keypad for entrance was useless when all it took was a firm yank on the door to gain access. The door also barely closed properly, which was concerning considering the infants were the first to be encountered. Staff - The director is a young woman who will gladly pass judgemental looks and comments about your parenting, yet has no children. The previous director was the same, oddly. As for personnel presence, the evenings are difficult to find someone at the front desk, which brings up security again. The staff are also not efficient at communication if child behavior issues occur. As for the rest of the assistants, they are friendly enough with a few excellent people. Facility - Moderate facility but cramped, which is normal I guess. The mixture of ages in classes leads to nap time in half the room with screaming playing in the other half, with no dividers. So you can walk in and almost step on a sleeping child. Overall, I am glad to never see this place again.

  My niece was going there and all of a sudden when she would come home from school she would go in her room and just be depressed. When we would ask if she was ok she constantly say sje was fine. Until one day she finally told us other kids were being mean to her. When we talked to the school and voiced our concerns they said thw would look into it. When we asked if they looked into it they said they didnt have time. To me that is bullying and it seems they didn't take how we felt seriously. Needless to say she is not going to go back. If they cant take the time to make sure every child is safe. Then something is seriously wrong.

  If I could give no starts I will. Bad experience this kínder care sucks and are not responsible at all took my son late to school several times and didn't even tell me about it. Ms Aida not professional and not a good manejer. Don't recommend this kínder care.
