  Where do I start? Well I have been with KinderCare in Fontana for almost a decade. All three of my children have been there since birth if not since toddler range. And i couldnt be any more impressed with this center. They've helped me with payments plans. To my toddlers vocab. To have the most nicest gifts from my kids. I couldnt be any more happier then this. I wouldnt change a another daycare center. Thank you staff and Ms. Aida :)

  My niece was going there and all of a sudden when she would come home from school she would go in her room and just be depressed. When we would ask if she was ok she constantly say sje was fine. Until one day she finally told us other kids were being mean to her. When we talked to the school and voiced our concerns they said thw would look into it. When we asked if they looked into it they said they didnt have time. To me that is bullying and it seems they didn't take how we felt seriously. Needless to say she is not going to go back. If they cant take the time to make sure every child is safe. Then something is seriously wrong.

  If I could give NO stars I would!!!! My daughter was in the 2's classroom and at first it seemed like a very good daycare and place I would love to have my kids at but after a few months it all changed her pull up would be on wrong or half ways on she would come home with no socks on one time I went to pick up my child and she had an accident and shoes got wet but no one called me to let me know my child was barefoot. When I arrived into class room the teacher told me "oh I saw you coming from a distance and put these loaner shoes on her right now but other than that she's been barefoot all day" Why would you tell a parent that? Why wouldn't you call right away?!! Another time when I walked in my daughter was using the restroom mind you she's 2 1/2 still potty training the teacher was no where near my child assisting nor making sure she was fine she was on the other side changing another child's diaper. My daughter comes out with nothing on walking around naked and the teacher hands us the pull up and skirt mind you she was changing another child's diaper and never changed gloves in between children that is unsanitary!!!!!!! The same time as above 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻 There was two little girls inside the restroom while my child was using the restroom and three little boys just watching her i think it's so disrespectful that when I ask if they can watch and assist my child and while she's using the restroom and make sure there is no other kids inside while she's using the restroom they tell me that there so busy and can't assist all children at once. Why do you work or run a daycare if you can't do your job right?. You get a check every month and in return I get shity service!!!!!! I didn't waste no time I got my kids out of that daycare the same week!!!!! If your looking for a GOOD daycare keep looking cause this Kindercare on foothill in Fontana is not the one you can trust your kids with. If you want your kid to get half watched and hit then be my guess send them there I will NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone!!!!!
