When we first arrived, we were greeted by the ACTING Director and another staff member at the front desk and was given a form to fill out for daycare enrollment. While filling it out, the acting director hovered over us the entire time, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. When we asked basic questions, the acting director was unable to answer them and repeatedly had to rely on her employee. For example, when we asked what the procedure was if a child becomes sick at the daycare, she seemed unsure and had her staff member respond instead. We also asked to see a bathroom connected to an unoccupied room. There was hesitation before opening the door, and once it was opened, there was a large brown splatter (appearing to be feces) and two baskets full of dirty towels. The bathroom was extremely dirty. Their response was that they “don’t use that bathroom,” which raises more concern because if it’s not in use, why hasn’t it been cleaned? It’s a bathroom for the kids to use.. Additionally, one of the rooms had approximately 8–10 children with only one teacher present, yet we were told their ratio is 1:4. This did not appear to match what we observed. After the tour, we were given a folder with “more information” about the daycare, but it only contained payment forms and financial paperwork dated for 2024, not 2026. This came across as very unprofessional and showed a lack of attention to even basic, updated documentation. We were also given strange looks when we asked if parents would have access to security cameras, which we felt was a reasonable and important question, especially since other facilities offer this. Overall, the experience left us very uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness, communication, professionalism, and supervision. 1/10. We will not be returning to ANY KinderCare Learning Centers because of this specific tour at the KinderCare at Natoma Station.

The teachers are super friendly, respectful, and caring. Especially Ms Elbra. She’s always assisting my daughter with her homework.

We are so grateful for the positive impact this school has had on our daughter. Since starting here, she has shown so much growth. She is finally becoming interested in potty training, talks a lot more, and engages confidently with her peers. She used to be very shy, but now she feels comfortable expressing herself and interacting with others. We’ve also noticed a big improvement in her manners and overall behavior. The structure and consistency the school provides truly make a difference. The staff are caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. We are thankful to be part of such a wonderful school community.

I love all the caretakers and staff here at the Folsom location. Super helpful and hands on with all the kids. Two of my three children are looked after her and I feel they are safe and well taken care of.

I cant say enough about Kindercare natoma station. There has been so many teachers that made my sons experience fantastic. Parveen the director made it feel like a second family to my children and I. They had my son since he was 4 months to 2 years old. Unfortunately I moved jobs and had to change him to a closer daycare. Kindercare was so great for him and his development. He learned to talk and say so much there. Parveen was always so easy to talk to and really cared. Michelle was also one of my favorites. She was his first teacher there. You will not regret taking your babies here. They will be treated like family and you'll always be updated with pictures and events throughout the day. Thank you Kindercare. we miss you!
