  I spent years and way too much money chasing solutions for the dark circles under my eyes. Creams, treatments, products. Nothing worked.   I’m truly disappointed in my experience. I was referred to Derm by Erica through my Pastor and friend and was genuinely excited to support the brand. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, items were missing. I reached out by email and phone multiple times and received no response. Two weeks and multiple calls later, I was able to connect with Erica directly. She asked me to text the order details so the missing item could be shipped, which I did immediately. After waiting several more weeks with no product and no communication, I followed up again by phone, email, and text and received no response. As a business owner myself, I would never feel comfortable allowing a client to pay for something they didn’t receive without resolving it promptly. Being completely ignored after making multiple good-faith attempts to address a straightforward fulfillment issue is deeply disappointing, especially as a new customer who was eager to support the business. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and strengthens its customer service processes so others do not have a similar experience.

  I love Erica!!!! She wants to make sure every client leaves feeling confident about our skin! I have been dealing with acne as an adult and I hate feeling like I can’t be my natural self! Erica does customized facials for every client since we all have different skin! Do yourself a favor and SEE ERICA FOR YOUR SKIN! From education to products she has it all and changed my outlook on my skin. She told me “You are beautiful with the acne, let’s make you even more beautiful”
