  One of the most concerning issues occurred when my son, who was previously potty trained, had an incident of diarrhea. Instead of handling this situation appropriately, they opted to put him back in a diaper. This decision not only undermined the progress he had made in his potty training journey, but it also affected his confidence. To make matters worse, they insisted that he wear a diaper every time he arrived at the center, which contributed to him relapsing in his potty training. This approach reflects a troubling lack of communication and understanding of the developmental needs of children. As a parent, I expect childcare providers to support and reinforce the milestones my child has achieved, rather than regress them due to a single incident. This lack of responsibility and disregard for my son’s progress has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I wish they had a negative star! Please don’t enroll you child in this facility!

  I am compelled to share my negative experience with KinderCare Learning Center, where I encountered several significant issues that warrant serious consideration from prospective parents. Lack of Communication: One of the most pressing concerns has been the inadequate communication from the staff. Important updates regarding my child's care, activities, and any changes to policies were often not conveyed. This lack of transparency creates confusion and anxiety for parents who rely on timely information to make informed decisions about their child's wellbeing. KinderCare Learning Center must improve its communication practices, clarify billing processes, and foster a more respectful environment for parents and their children. Trust and transparency are essential in childcare, and I believe KinderCare has not met these fundamental expectations. Don’t enroll you child!!!!

  am writing to express my profound disappointment with my experience at KinderCare Learning Center. Unfortunately, my time there has been marked by a series of frustrating incidents that have left me questioning their professionalism and dedication to the families they serve. First and foremost, the lack of communication from the staff has been exceptionally concerning. Important information regarding our child's care, events, and any necessary updates are often not conveyed. I have frequently found myself in the dark about significant changes or requirements, which is unacceptable for a childcare center. Parents deserve to be informed and involved, and the consistent breakdown of communication has created a sense of mistrust. Additionally, I have experienced unexpected charges that were never explained or consented to. It is troubling to see extra fees appear on my bill without any prior notice. This lack of transparency in financial matters raises serious questions about their billing practices, and it feels like they are taking advantage of parents' trust. To make matters worse, when I have approached the staff with my concerns, I was met with rudeness and disrespect. Instead of addressing my issues professionally, I was dismissed and my concerns were brushed aside. This treatment is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable for a center that is supposed to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its families. Based on my experience, I am compelled to take further action. I believe that no parent should have to navigate such a negative environment when entrusting their child to a learning center. I would strongly advise anyone considering KinderCare Learning Center to be cautious and explore other options. Please don’t enroll your child.

  Horrible school! My son ended up having a seizure and passing out and the assistant director fidnt think to call 911, and on top of it told me three different stories as to what happened! Reported them and this location has gotten cited for 4 different offenses and are being put through extra training now! Do not send your kids here , please I beg of anyone thinking of it! My son ended up in the ER and he is only 2!!!!
