  Amy is such a fantastic director she always greets us when we come in and if for whatever reason she's not in the front greeting us it's because she's always monitoring the center to ensure coverage and that everyone is taking their breaks and lunches. There have been times where I have seen her taking care of classes on her own to ensure breaks and lunches and I greatly appreciate that commitment. We started coming here when Amy was brand new but I would have assumed she's been here for years the way she works. To date, under Amy's direction, I have had nothing less than a smooth process with KinderCare and have experienced nothing less than a committed staff. As a past client and returning client now, I can say my experience is way better this time around. The new team is extremely committed, I'm very happy with the new assistant director as well, she's always in the front to greet if Amy is covering elsewhere I like that they alternate and I appreciate Amy always carrying the phone and always answering, something I never experienced before. Thank you Amy and team 🥳

  My daughter did so amazing in just 3 short months with Higgins Ranch Kindercare. She went in crawling and came out walking!! We sadly had to leave but hope to be able to return in the near future. We will greatly miss the caring staff but we will be back to visit soon. Thank you for everything!

  My daughter attended this facility 6 years ago and we had great experience , lovely teachers clean facility always on top for the best of kids communication for everything cute events and well organized ,I love the way thye go with the holidays party for kids the place always so welcome love the way they decorated for each holiday , I was happy she was there and sad when she have to go to a public school but it was time for kinder . On 2022 I enrolled my 2 year old I was shocked was the same director Mrs Jennifer and the front desk lady's but Happy to see them too so I was happy to enroll him i felt welcome I did had an issue with diapers but director and assistant were super nice professional to resolve and didn't happen again I can said it was the only issue, they never make a big deal over insidents , they called me if my son was not feeling well , my son loved his teacher's, every time I drop off they will distract him he won't even felt I drop him off they did well when I explained his diet and my son love everyone , they don't just do daycare they actually teach them too , they dance with them, sing and my son was learning Spanish, I love this place sadly I had to switch him and was not the best decision I made.

  My 3 year old son has been going here since he was a little over one. He loves going here, he comes home clean and eats all his meals and sleeps well. The curriculums are enriching and they really teach self reliance. We are very satisfied.

  Since my son has been attending kindercare I have always been happy. My son has been attending kindercare since he was 3 and he is 6 now . The stuff have always been really amazing with his asthma treatment plan , they really know how to make me and my son feel safe.
