- DRDestiny RobinsonNov 10, 20191.0I would NOT recommend anyone enroll their child into this Kindercare. My son was attending here not to long ago and had a horrible experience. My son was hit in the eye while at school and the school failed to call me. Instead they wrote a incident report and waited for me to picc him up to give it to me. The incident report stated that my son and another student was horse playing and my son got hit in the eye and was offered ice and tlc. The incident happened at 9:30am and I picc him up at 6:30pm..Because of that my son went the full day with a hurt eye, he is only 4 so I imagine he was touching it through out the day which caused a horrible infection in the eye! When I picced my son up (same day) his eye was swollen. When he woke up the next morning, his eye was swollen shut! Completely closed and swollen like a golf ball. Due to this my son had to experience being in ER for 2 days and being admitted to the hospital for 8 days. It was such a sad and stressful experience to go through. I also lost my job due to my son's hospital stay. When I confronted the school on what really happened because the incident report didn't state much, I was told another student jumped on top on my son hitting his eye and they swear up n down their was no signs of swelling through out the day but when I picced him up his eye was swollen. At the end of the day they should have called me and they didn't! They have called me for other reasons like payments and even when my son wouldn't go to the restroom, I've left work to take him to the restroom and went bacc to work. They had no valid reason on why they didn't call me and those are the type of people that shouldn't care for your kids.
