We recently started having problems with KC just about 2 weeks ago when they hired this new girl. My daughter has tried to talk to you guys about her and nothing seems to get resolved. I do not understand why I have to come here to get this figured out but it is horrible professionalism on your end. My granddaughter has came home crying saying this girl grabs her too hard around clean up, has told her to shut up, and won’t answer her when she needs help. My granddaughter is too young to be treated like this!!! I would like an answer back or even a call back because we have been ignored time and time again. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

She gets to experience different activities that are linked to a lesson. I also receive an email informing me what the monthly theme of their learning will be! As a youth developer myself, I appreciate KinderCare and the structure they have.
