So much good! Where do I begin? Sharon welcomed our family into the center when we were in transition between states and starting new jobs. Not an easy time, but it was so much easier knowing our kids had reliable and safe childcare every day. In the almost 3 years of bringing my children here daily, I have seen the same teachers every. single. day. There has literally been no teacher turnover, and it's so wonderful because the kids can truly form bonds with all their teachers. Even as they age up to new rooms, they still get to see their former teacher throughout the day :) When dropping off or picking up, the teachers always greet and say bye to our kids like family, and it really makes them feel welcome and loved. All the little things the staff do to make this place great add up! Zero issues ever! Everyone is so professional, calming, and warm. It feels like a family environment. I'm always amazed at how well structured the daily routine is with updates and pictures on the app. The classrooms are always decorated with the kids' projects, and you can tell that teachers take pride in managing their classrooms professionally. It is clean, safe, and well-run. The director is an amazing lady who truly understands what parents go through trying to balance work and childcare. I am just so grateful for this place and especially the teachers who love my kids when I'm at work! I will actually be sad when the day comes that my kids outgrow this school. Thank you all!

I feel very fortunate to have found this center. The director and teachers are very open and communicative about my daughter's day and how she has been adjusting. In the past, I had a very negative experience with my older daughter at a daycare center, so I was extremely nervous and hesitant with the thought of daycare. However, after 5 months of amazing support and love for my little girl, I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a loving place to care for your child.

So my boyfriend and I were interested in placing our 6 month old son here well we called last week said there were a few openings (scholarships) coming up in July so we said great well we called back to ask about setting up a tour and we got another lady who was absolutely rude said the spots were no longer available and told us of course we’re giving out free money why would these spots be available still and when we tried to explain that we were not told that from the start she just kept going on and on so I told her forget it we will be placing my son somewhere else. Especially after being told one thing and than it’s something completely different nobody there seems to be on the same page.

After too many incidents, I removed my child from this center. He had been coming home with full diapers, many times soiled, for four weeks straight. Then, he came home dehydrated, and that was it for me. Nobody from the center cared to follow up with me on my son's experience, and I called to let them know of what happened. In general, they were terrible at following up, even when they posted in the report that they had fed my child something they were not supposed to feed. I called and texted and nobody followed up with me. I had to go to the school in person to ask the teacher who told me it was the wrong report. Despite often telling the school to let me know if anything goes wrong or if my child feels sick, he had a fever of 99 degrees at the school in the morning, a week prior to us removing him from this center. The teacher casually told me about it at 4pm, when I went to pick him up. A day earlier from the fever incident, they waited until 4pm pick up to tell me my son had not eaten all day. I dropped off my son one morning in the last month I kept him there and a teacher was in the classroom on her cellphone. I called the director, who told me that the teacher was not clocked in, but that she understood that parents may think the teacher is lazy. I corrected her because my concern was what the kids would think about their teacher ignoring them while in the classroom over the phone. She told me she was going to talk to the teacher and hang up the phone on me. Definitely do not recommend this company.
