  There has been ups and down since Covid started but it has been improving. They have some lovely staff working there.

  I have been a kindercare family since 2016. My daughter started when she was 12 weeks old and finished throughout their pre-kindergarten program. One of my highest concerns when selecting this center was the length of time their teachers have been with the center. They do not have a high turnover rate. Some of their teachers have been there for years! This not only puts my mind at ease, but informs me that it is a great environment, not only for my littles but for the employees as well. Throughout the past 6 years, my direct liason has been the assistant director, Frances Glasser. She has always listened with an open ear, and assisted me with any concern I have brought up. In addition, my kids love to run up to her when they see her and tell her hello! She's definitely the glue that holds the center together. I appreciate her greatly! My children are definitely safe and loved while in surprise kindercare's care. They also learn so much and enjoy attending. We are grateful for Surprise Kindercare and treating our children as if they were their own!

  We LOVE our kinder care!!!! All the staff is so amazing and my daughters have the best time. They are literally my village. Being a military family we do t have any family close so they have been such a blessing in raising our two little girls.

  We have a child in the 2 year old room. This is a good starter daycare if you’re on a waiting list for somewhere else. As another reviewer stated, the toddler room is split and you can’t see the other half from the door and you have to be in the second half of the split rooms to see outside if they are playing there. Also the security could be an issue but thankfully it has not yet I never let anyone in behind me. I don’t like that the kids eat off of paper plates and plastic forks and spoons and drink from plastic disposable cups at each meal and both snacks. I feel that they should be using actual dishes, cups and silverware like they would at home. I have entered the room and heard teachers screaming at kids, or not paying attention at all while talking to other teachers or playing on their phones. I have seen kids fighting, hitting and sitting crying with no intervention. All this has been brought to the directors attention, but I haven’t seen any changes. They have a semi-structure that teaches the kids some things, but most of the time when I pick up the rooms are a mess from toys and the kids are running a muck. People think that being in a Kindercare location automatically provides top notch care, but I believe they are independently operated under the Kindercare rules and are not all the same. As soon as a spot opens for daycare we are on the waiting list on, we will be happily moving our child.
