He went into kindergarten fully prepared, and his teacher even said, “Whoever worked with him did an excellent job.” I have to give all the credit to this center. I’m so happy I chose Surprise KinderCare, and now that I am expecting next year, I will definitely be enrolling my baby in this wonderful program with such loving teachers! See you soon!! Nikki
- MMMochaSep 3, 20252.0The professionalism of the director getting involved into family drama and in family court is beyond me. Children’s apps do not get updated the last update was months ago, they aren’t very helpful with fixing any problems you have with the app- figure it out yourself basically which is a MAJOR problem since that’s how you communicate. students come home at ALL ages with bite marks with what seems to be little to no reasoning. God forbid you call and ask about your child, they side often with drama and let other parent know you called & like to stir up any problems at home if they know there are any. Other than that, my child seems like he likes it because he likes unstructured and busy environments… the professionalism of the staff is disgusting.

When we got here last year the kinder family was very welcoming and Miss Christine was such a blessing to us she made us feel at home and very comfortable. Mrs.Terry, Miss Rose and the rest of the team took very good care of Messiah. This was his first time in care from home and they definitely made his transition smooth and comfortable. They accommodated our needs emergency and much more. You all will always be remembered in our lives and may GOD continue to bless you all. Thanks again for the best experience at Kindercare preschool.
