I Will not bring my kids back to this school. We have never experienced such rude staff. They should not work with children.

Will never bring my kids here. They aren’t safe here. Staff is rude. I walked in on a staff member physically assaulting a child by swinging their body against a wall. Kid started to cry. The provider saw me come in and looked as white as a ghost. Don’t bring your kids here!!!

My daughter & I love Primrose Arrowhead! We’ve had such a great time there! My daughter, Allison, has really blossomed since she started. There is so much love from the staff, who are friendly and so caring. You see it daily in the halls when the staff says hi and interacts with the kid. The teachers are friendly and keep you up to date on what’s going on. And they keep you very informed with the Primrose app and through emails, on things they are learning daily, the school events, staff acknowledgments, and the menu that week. Primerose also has lots of events that include the whole family, it’s fun because you get to know other parents, talk to the staff outside of school, and the kids love seeing their friends and the staff. I have nothing but good things to say. They have school performances at Christmas, the Easter bunny comes to visit, Halloween parades, Trunk or Treat, Santa is there to take pictures, sometimes even a petting zoo, games, and many other fun activities for the whole family. They really go out of their way to make it a great experience. I’m so thankful for them and so glad Allison goes here. She loves going and we couldn’t be happier.

My daughter has been attending Primrose of Arrowhead since she was 6wks of age and she is now 6yrs old. We have stayed at this school through the years due to the incredible staff and their dedication to our child. Her teachers at Primrose are just like her second family; she loves them very much and it is very evident that they care for her just as much. My child has significant food allergies and they have ALWAYS ensured that her diet has been followed and even made sure she had special items to eat for class parties, so she wasn't left out. I can't tell you how many times these folks have gone above and beyond to make all the children happy; from the yearly fall festival, to pumpkins at Halloween, Santa breakfasts, etc. The staff put their whole heart into caring for these little ones and I couldn't be more happy to have a safe, trustworthy, fun, and caring environment for my little one to go to each day. I researched a lot of facilities prior to my daughter being born and I am so happy we found Primrose and we will continue to stay here for as long as we can!

My son has been here since he was 13 weeks old, he's now almost 4.. My daughter was there for almost 3 years as well. The staff treats children like family. We drive an hour round trip to stay here. The previous owners were great, and the New owners seem to understand if it ain't broke, don't mess with it. Love the holiday events and all the school does.
