I Will not bring my kids back to this school. We have never experienced such rude staff. They should not work with children.

Will never bring my kids here. They aren’t safe here. Staff is rude. I walked in on a staff member physically assaulting a child by swinging their body against a wall. Kid started to cry. The provider saw me come in and looked as white as a ghost. Don’t bring your kids here!!!

This school is aweful! Please if you have a child that has any kind of learning disability do not send them here! My son was in Ms. Gabriel’s class. She only has a year of experience in childcare. He got upset and she picked him up while he was flailing around. This put him and the other children at risk. He kicked another child in the head. Obviously not on purpose. The head of the school decided that it was best to suspend my child for a day because it made the other parent happy. This school is a joke! And this comes from someone who works with children every day as I am a preschool teacher.

I found Primrose when my daughter was 2 years old. She is now 4. The child retention is very good. Some mothers at primrose have had multiple kids go from infant all the way to Prek. My daughter has been around the same kids as well as the same staff this whole time; which I love. All teachers pretty much know all the kids and Ms. Pacheco does know all the kids names as well. It feels very personable. They really do treat the kids like family. My daughter loves her school. I would recommend 100%. My daughter is now in prek & the curriculum is great. She knows how to spell her own name now. They have cooking classes on Monday’s and Friday. As far as incidents or accidents if you’re child is bruised at the drop off they’ll write an incident report as well as if an accident happens at school as far as what happened exactly and what they did to make your child feel better (icing, hugging etc)… daycare is expensive to let’s start there, but I do think it’s a reasonable price based on the care, curriculum and piece of mind knowing she’s loved and safe.
