  Bright Beginnings is truly the best! My daughter first brought her newborn I month old daughter here and she attended for about 9 months before they relocated out of state. When they moved back to Arizona and had another baby, there was no question where they wanted to go! After staying home for 5 months with her newborn, my daughter went back to work and enrolled both her daughter Kaniyah now 1 almost two and 7 month old brother Kayveon. Even though they live 40 minutes away, it’s completely worth the drive! The entire staff, from the teachers to the assistant directors and directors, are all so friendly, caring, and welcoming. They make us feel comfortable knowing our children are safe and well taken care of every single day. We are so grateful for Bright Beginnings and the amazing team that treats our kids like family! Thank you for all you do!

  I have 7 kids that attend this daycare for the last 7 months, and 1 teen who volunteers here during the summer. I will tell you this, As I sit here and read all the reviews that are reflecting negatively on the center or staff, My family and I have a different review. A review of actual bonds my children share with each teacher, A review of the character of the employees. *They have HOT MEALS 3x a day if you are there that long, Home cooked meals by Ms. Bonnie, I get hungry at drop off on my way to work with her Chorizo & Eggs!! 1. My 1 year old, is with Ms. Heather and Ms. Briana most days and I love the way Heather interacts with him and all the kids in general. She is very strict about her schedule with the kids, and diapers! Heather will focus on the babies motor skills, learning new things, teaching them how to clean up toys, walking.. she helped my son learn to walk! 2. My 2 year old, is with Ms. Kaytie…. Oh Ms Kaytie, She genuinely LOVES my son. She is EXCITED to see him every single day, granted 2 year old's are not the most well behaved, She loves them regardless. Kaytie shows these kids structure. She will go above and beyond for her babies. 3. My 3 year old, Is with Ms. Brittanie and Ms. Lisa. These 2 ladies have a special understanding for 3 year old's. The extra mile Brittanie goes through for these kids is just mind blowing. She will bring things in for them, just because she loves them and wants to see them have a special day. She truly cares about our kids and what makes them thrive and happy. Lisa, she is stern and will not let the kids just act like wild animals, She is serious yet she loves each and every one of them. 4. My 4 & 5 year old's are in between Ms. Justice (Toya..Preschool) and Keshia (School agers room) I will say this about Ms. Justice.. This beautiful woman went out of her own pocket to go OVER THE TOP for the kids Preschool Graduation. Ms. Justice will work with your children and prepare them for Kinder, She is a firm believer in EVERY CHILD WILL SUCCEED! She will NEVER give up on them, She is persistent as to teaching them everything and then some on what they need to know to successfully pass kindergarten! 5. My 6 & 7 year old's, are in the school age class with Ms. Keshia.. Ms. Keshia, I do not know how she handles 20+ wild, rambunctious kids. She is calm and collected, her consequences for actions involve a moment of reflection.. so the child can truly understand what they did that was wrong, why it was wrong and how they can make a better choice next time. Keshia always has something going on for the kids, whether it be a field trip, fun lessons, movie day, learning about new things, quote of the week, etc. She always has these kids engaged and has the wheels moving in their minds. With this being said, I've witnessed some of these older kids and THEY ARE NOT EASY TO GET UNDER CONTROL. Lack of Parenting 100%, that these teachers deal with EVERY SINGLE DAY. Staff: Victoria, She is hands down amazing. The love she has for the kids truly shows when she interacts with them. She went from the 1's into the office now. When Victoria is there, my son is completely spoiled rotten and she treats him as if he was her own. There are more staff members, I don't recall names because I don't have infants or they are on a different shift from my drop off/pick up times. Honestly, I have peace of mind when I drop my kids off. Why. Despite these reviews? They have CAMERAS. WORKING CAMERAS, that you can view at ANY TIME! They have a security system, in place, at ALL TIMES. I have a bond formed with my children's teachers. I KNOW EVERYTHING that happens to my children and the classrooms. I am INVOLVED and PRESENT with my children and the welfare they receive while out of my care. I can honestly say, I trust these teachers I mentioned above, with my child's LIFE at any given TIME. When a new teacher is hired, and you don't have a good feeling, or something is constantly an issue with them, speak UP and go above.. I PROMISE THEY LISTEN and it will be taken care of IMMEDIETLY
