  My son started at KinderCare at 3 months old, and from the very beginning he’s been so loved and well taken care of by everyone there! The infant room staff are so sweet and attentive to him. They listen to any requests we may have (eg, nap lengths, feeding times, etc). We get consistent updates throughout the day through the app so we know exactly when he’s sleeping, what he’s eating and how much. The pictures they send are my favorite part of the app so we can see what activities they are doing. The centers director is great to work with as well and made us all feel so welcome! We are so grateful for the amazing center to love on our little one during the days!

  My kiddos have been at this Kindercare since they were infants. The teachers seem to really care about their growth and learning. My kids love their teachers! Danielle, the center director, is easy to talk to, holds her team to a high standard, and really makes Kindercare a fun, safe learning environment for the kids. With everything going on with COVID, I was hesitant to keep my children in daycare, but Kindercare adopted and enforces strict health protocols which has eased my worries. I am very happy with the Recker/McDowell Kindercare team and would definitely recommend!

  Danielle is one of the best Directors I've seen. She is quick to respond and address any and all concerns. She cares about the children and I feel she and the center are an extension of my husband and me; they ensure what is important to us is reflected during the day at the center. My children are happy and are thriving at the center. I highly recommend this place.

  This location sucks...they monitored my 3 year old's behavior (then 2 year old) for over a week without telling me and then on a Friday evening when i am there to pick him up call me into the office and hand me a stack of papers showing me how they wrote down every time he misbehaved (most of the things he did could have been prevented as i feel it was lack of staff) like he was running with a pen or he was running around naked in front of other parents and that they felt he was a problem. I went against my better judgement and took him to be evaluated and the team did their evaluation and told me " He is a typical 2 year old boy, sounds to me like the daycare was understaffed and does not know how to handle his amount of energy" they did me wrong many times before this too but i didn't make a huge deal of it. One time i came to pick him up and he was sitting in a full on mud puddle behind a tree and he was head to toe mud. Other times i would pick him up and he was wearing some other kids shoes without socks. Other times they would call me saying he had a fever and i would leave work to go get him and when i got home, no fever. They also made me pick him up cause they thought he had hand foot mouth..took him to the dr the same day and he had nothing..He would come home with bites, scratches and bruises from other kids yet he was the one with the behavior problem..he was probably tired of being picked on. its nonsense and the best thing i ever did was pull him out of here. Within a week of him not going there he started talking and doing letters and numbers so apparently they weren't teaching him at all..their nap times are too long too..they would let him sleep sometimes 4 hours which meant he wanted to be up all night. Half the time the staff was late in the mornings to open..it was just a mess...good riddance

  This center is beyond warm and welcoming. The staff make all the effort to know you by name, love your child endlessly when you can’t be there and keep a safe space. The team in her room (school age) have really gotten to know her and her characteristics to the point where one teacher will bring in books she thinks she likes to read (and keep!). They find the strength in your child and foster that skill to help them continue to flourish. I am so happy I’ve found a place my child can go where she feels loved. Huge thank you to all the teachers and Director Mrs.Megan, who is such a blessing to this center!
