  ****Understaffed and unprofessional**** Not big on leaving reviews, but this one is needed. The Kinder Care manager, Josie told us when we first decided to take our daughter there, but it was OK that I can pay monthly because I own my own business And we pay everything monthly. She said that was fine. Took our deposit a week later asked where it was our payment I had written this down on the side of the agreement we signed, and I showed it to her and said yeah ok that’s right. This went on for weeks her calling me out in front of other parents. Six months went by and I did not miss a monthly payment of over $1000 for my daughter to attend during this time. There’s a lot of gossip going around. About my daughter might not being able to attend because we “haven’t paid”. The teachers were telling me about josie. Josie was telling them about it and to bring it up to me, but we had an agreement and that was the reason we picked kinder care and she agreed to it. I paid every bit of it up until we left. Josie also forgets that I live in this community. We also have other friends that take kids there she was talking about this openly and other people are hearing it and it got back to me. That’s why I decided to leave Kinder Care because of the gossip . My daughter is now attending school. Over a year later and we received a final bill From Josie stating that we didn’t pay the last month. The same One month they said my daughter wasn’t paid for She was already completing her second month at school. ****Understaffed and unprofessional**** On average one teacher to about 30 kids. Some of the staff tries really hard and I am very grateful for their patience with all the kids. But I do know some of the teachers left because of internal conflicts With upper management and not Filling the basic requirements needed for the teachers.

  My spouse and I were nervous to put our toddler into day care, but our experience at KC Estrella has been absolutely phenomenal. I recommend this place to all families I know are looking for child care. After warming up to the other kids and the teachers, our child now truly looks forward to school. It feels like they are with friends / family. And the parent app for our phone keeps us updated on all the details we want. Getting photos from the teachers of our little one playing with kids, doing yoga, learning colors... it really brightens the work day. I highly encourage anyone considering KC Estrella as a solution to child care to take a brief tour and meet the team. Most have been with the location for a few years (and some closer to 7-10 years!), which is reassuring. I love this place and I'm so happy my baby does too.

  We love KinderCare Estrella! My son, who is now 7 started here when he was 1. We have been to this location, as well as Ocotillo’s location. I am happy to say that I was very happy when I was able to start my daughter who is 9 months old now but started at KinderCare when she was 6 months old. This has been the best decision. Ms. Bri and Mrs. Kim are the best teachers. They are so sweet and loving. My daughter loves them. She enjoys coming to “school” everyday. We love KinderCare Estrella and the Infant teachers 🩷

  Our son has been going to Estrella KinderCare since he was 3 months old and we cannot say enough good things about this place. His teachers and all the staff care so much about their students. We get updates throughout the day with pictures and what they’ve learned that day. The infants spend ample time playing on the mats with their teachers allowing them to explore their surroundings and reach their milestones. We are especially grateful to Ms Kim and Ms Bri, the main teachers in the infant classroom. They are so caring and kind; our son gets a big smile on his face when he sees them every morning. Highly recommend them!

  Took him one day he did not go back next day, true review if you want your baby to get sick quick take him here , in reference after one day here my baby has vomit and diarrhea, he is 10 months he is now sick super sick and this was the only other place he could have gotten it from the floors are not mopped carpets look old and stained ! Just nasty! they don't give the babies the attention they deserve when i picked him up his eyes looked so puffy as if he was crying all day and on top of this I observed the teacher when I arrived my baby was crawling behind her everywhere and she would just ignore him until she noticed me at the door conveniently picked him up, when i called to with-drawl him they said I had to pay to the full week regardless ! what a shame and im so sad this is what it turned out to be . do better, clean your toys , clean your infant room floors and that stained old carpet gross! No wonder he is so sick! & when we don't like your daycare after one day! why charge the whole week what a scam !! im so upset. I hope the higher ups get this message ! Beware parents I listened to the good reviews and boy what a mistake! He also had a incident the first day big bump on his forehead from “crawling” around come on now no supervision what so ever in that case! Uhg so mad !!!! Only good tip is the director and front office girl are very nice & ms Michelle who is only in there in the morning, now the other teacher she has no heart for those babies how could she just ignore my baby so sad get another job! Really !!! So upset!!
