We started at Crème de la Crème at the beginning of this year, and it has been an incredible experience so far. We came from another local daycare facility in the area, and we are so glad we found this place.
From the outside, the building might look small and a bit tucked away, but it truly proves the saying “you can’t judge a book by its cover.” Once you walk inside, the facility is surprisingly large and spacious, with beautifully decorated high ceilings and thoughtfully designed learning areas.
Lily, the Director, has been amazing from the start. She regularly checks in with us and makes sure everything is going well. She and the entire staff are incredibly cheerful and professional, while also creating a genuine sense of care and trust. Every morning we are greeted with smiles, and my son is excited to go to class each day.
One of the biggest differences we’ve noticed compared to our previous daycare is the variety of activities and spaces available to the kids. Because the facility is so large, the children aren’t confined to one room or a single playground all day. Instead, they get to move throughout the school and experience different environments.
Some of the amazing things available to the kids include:
- A mini cafeteria where they can participate in cooking activities
- A science lab
- An indoor basketball court
- An in-school library with Spanish lessons
- A media center
- Three large playgrounds for different age groups
- Art classes
- An imagination center for dress-up and creative play
- A large activity room with a stage, toys, and tables for group play
The environment allows kids to explore, learn, and move throughout the day rather than being cooped up in a single classroom. They have space, freedom, and endless opportunities to grow.
Since starting here, we’ve already seen so much development in our son compared to our previous facility. We’re incredibly happy with our decision and excited to continue our journey here.

My experience at Creme has been nothing short of amazing! Ms. Lily has developed a culture in the school that creates a positive, warm and welcoming environment. She genuinely cares about developing a personal relationship with every child and family member that graces the hallway. You can tell every teacher loves working at the Goodyear campus, and it is all thanks to Lily's leadership! I feel very fortunate to have found a home in Creme.

Crème De Le Crème is an overall good Learning center. The Director Lily Is phenomenal it has been around for A long time and truly loves her job and the children. Starting out cream was a phenomenal school, My Neurodivergent 2 year old had a teacher who truly cared for children, and was thriving. A few months in things started to go downhill. We went through periods of consistent staffing issues that really impacted the children. His new teacher didn’t have that same amount of zeal and seemed To be visibly frustrated frequently. Also, I didn’t believe the kids were actually learning in that class. My last straw is when I walked in on my son doing something unsafe and no teachers intervened. I immediately got him taken out of the classroom and put in another class with Ms Jayli Rae Who is one of the most compassionate teachers I have encountered. However, he wasn’t with his age group which would also set him back developmentally. I Transitioned my son to another childcare center In the area, and was surprised to see other familiar families with Neurotypical children that shared the same concerns. For a while, I thought my son was having issues because he was neurodivergent, but in all reality, it was the teacher in that classroom. My son is now in a center where he is cared for and thriving and I feel At peace, dropping him off every day. Creme Is a great school and has a great program but depending on who’s in the classroom experiences can different. The director was phenomenal and listening to all my concerns however she can’t be in the classroom. Overall, I think in this school, some bad apples, spoiled a bunch. I don’t think all of the staff are equipped to deal Neurodivergent children. Some staff, I believe don’t have the patience to even deal with Neurotypical children. The experience ultimately relies on what teachers the child has.

My daughter, in the preschool program, likes going there and in fews days she came home with news words, knowing how to write numbers etc...I tried to teach her that at home and just in one day there to finally be able to do so is amazing!!!
Very clean place, good schedule of teaching, good classes and lovely people.
