  I can’t stress how terrible this place has made the day care experience. I have my reasons for why I stayed as long as I did, however every day I regret it. The kids that attend there can operate the building more efficiently than the girls working there. What’s genuinely sad is the kids show the other kids more hospitality, respect and kindness than people were supposed to call adults. Don’t get me started on the fact that there isn’t much for them to teach our kids, the only thing my daughter can learn from anyone there is that common sense isn’t so common. I’m moving my daughter daycares in hopes for a better environment all around! I’d super advise you not to bring your child here! P.S. the leaving babies in poopy diapers is so true, there were plenty of times I had to tell someone about another child when I was dropping my daughter off. Mind you the worker was right next to the poopy baby and I so she was purposely ignoring the smell!

  Choosing a person/place to watch your child is one of the most stressful decisions you can make as a first time parent, or ever! I think it's very important to share my experience with Union Hills KinderCare. :) I have been extremely happy with my experience! The staff is friendly, communicates well, and takes VERY good care of my sweet girl. She comes home clean, smiling and reaching her milestones with the help of her caring teachers. My daughter bumped her lip on a toy that caused her to bleed a small amount and the director took the time to file a report and notify us even though there was no visible trace of it by the time she was picked up. I thought it was sweet and it showed me that they care and communicate even the smallest things! The KinderCare app has been a lifesaver for me as a "worry wart" of a mother. We get updates with drop-offs, meals, diaper changes, naps and even pictures of our baby when the staff has the time! It's been an amazing source of communication for us to communicate with her teachers and puts my mind at ease. Anyone considering a day-care in this area should certainly schedule a visit and see for themselves! I love it, my husband loves it and most importantly our baby loves it! Thank you for all that you do ladies!!! 💜

  My son has been here since he was 6 weeks old. He and I absolutely love it here. The staff are great and really provide for the kids. We have an amazing relationship with all the teachers. Would recommend and I have recommended to several people to bring their children here.

  I love our KinderCare team. They are like family. My daughter is in the 4's class and has already asked her teacher if she would go to kindergarten with her, I also have a son in the 2's class and he has always been a mommas boy so I was worried he wouldn't do well with drop off's but he loves his teachers so much. They work with us and are very communicative. I couldn't ask for better people to love my kids all day while I can't. I absolutely love my Kindercare family.

  In the 1 year I have been at this center I have made personal connections with just about every staff person here. I absolutely love this place. I wish they could take care of me. I take care of childeren of the state and this is the place i take them to. I have to pay a little extra every week to be here but it's worth it. Thank you April & Jessica (directors), Melissa (infants), Rada & Janelle (toddlers), Reyna (5yr olds), Angel (superhero). I know there are more of you that make up this place and I care for all of you too. Thank you girls so much for all your help.
