We had began attending here after a poor experience at another daycare company, and thank goodness we found Creme. My kids LOVED attending everyday. They made transitions easy for my kids, and we loved the daily updates parents received. So thankful for the teachers and staff for their love and care.
- SCStephanie CasagrandeApr 5, 20181.0So disappointed with my experience here. We had my daughter enrolled for about a year and we loved it. She had such an amazing connection with her teacher. We took her out for a few months for financial reasons. We went back to enroll her and learned that there was an incident with an employee there. Even with that we had considered bringing her back because she did so well with her teacher. We had a meeting with the assistant director to discuss our concerns and to see what measures they are now taking to prevent any issues. The assistant director took that opportunity to tell us how there is nothing they can do, that the employee in question was a great employee and the words "you understand the difference between an accusation and having proof right?" Were spoken to my husband. Not only was it incredibly condescending but it also concerns me that her first interest wasn't to protect the children but the reputation of the school. Her job was to reassure us that they are doing every thing they can to keep our children safe and help them thrive. Instead she decided to condescend and blame. All of the fancy classrooms and amazing teachers don't make a difference if the people in charge don't care about them.

Only concern I have is that they originally told us the will work with potty training(pretty much the number one thing I was looking for) but that was not the case. Otherwise great place, like a small community, I believe the price was worth it.
