Our family had an amazing few years at this school! Highly recommend!!! Our kids were safe, happy, well-cared for, and had tons of fun playing and learning. Awesome teachers and staff who genuinely care about the kids and families. Our kids are in elementary school now but we went back for the summer program at Primrose and it was fabulous!

We’ve had all three of our kids attend Primrose School of West Chandler, and our experience over the past several years has been overwhelmingly positive. Our eldest started in November 2020 at 1.5 years old, right in the heart of pandemic uncertainty, and we were immediately impressed by the school's thoughtful communication, attention to safety and cleanliness, and the overall quality of their program. We had previously been at a church daycare (which we loved for its warmth), but Primrose offered a more structured, education-focused approach that still left room for kids to be kids. When our son started at just 3 months old at the end of 2021, it was understandably hard to leave such a young baby. But the nurturing environment, photo updates, and consistent communication helped us feel confident and connected. Our daughter flourished in the classrooms and continually surprised us with all she was learning -everything from sweet songs and themed activities to facts about butterflies and the life cycle of a chrysalis (which she proudly taught us at home!). The school strikes a beautiful balance between structure and play. From little routines and age-appropriate responsibilities to splash pad fun, gardening, STEM projects, and cultural celebrations - every part of their day is thoughtfully planned. The curriculum builds from class to class in a way that prepares kids to be confident, curious learners. When our oldest entered kindergarten, she absolutely thrived. I credit much of that readiness to the foundation she built at Primrose. The teachers and staff have always met our family with compassion, even through some tough seasons: potty training refusals, growing from two to three kids, and toddler independence (read: defiance). No daycare is without its challenges.we’ve experienced a few things here and there that weren’t our favorite (like transitioning to one nap earlier than we’d prefer 😅), but they were minor and, honestly, part of what’s typical across the industry. Yes, there has been some turnover (as is the case in nearly every childcare setting), but we’ve seen a solid core team stay consistent throughout our time here. Anita (the owner) and her family are present and invested, and the community of families we’ve met has been equally kind and supportive. The environment feels stable, nurturing, and open.I truly feel like the staff sees and supports each child as an individual, honoring their own unique developmental timelines. Also, my kids genuinely love the food at school. I wish I were joking when I say they regularly tell me it’s better than what I make at home… and honestly, I kind of believe them. 😂 They even offer awesome summer programming for kids up to age 8. My 6-year-old has already asked to go back next summer after a fun season of science experiments and new adventures. It’s a big win for us as parents too - one drop-off location for all three kids! At this point, it feels like more than just a school, it feels like family. We’re so grateful we chose Primrose of West Chandler and can’t recommend them enough.

Primrose School of West Chandler is truly amazing! My daughter attended for four years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the foundation it provided. She recently started Kindergarten, and it’s clear that Primrose did an outstanding job preparing her. She started school confident and ready, and because of that, she’s absolutely loving being in the “big kids” school now. The teachers and staff are amazing. Kind, supportive, and really great with the kids. I honestly can’t recommend this school enough. We’re so thankful for everything they did to help our daughter grow and get ready for this next big step!

Yesterday was our last day with Primrose. We leave with much gratitude and love. Although our time there was brief, our little one throughly enjoyed their time there and the work the staff put in to prepare for pre-kindergaten was phenomenal. The change in our little's development and interactions (for the better) was evident within the first few weeks after we switched to Primrose. Our only regret is that we didn't find the school in the beginning. Thank you to everyone, we will truly miss you and thank you for the positive experience and impression you left on my family.
