- MTMike TSep 24, 20251.0Ocotillo is extremely unstable due to lack of leadership and high staff turnover. Enrollment is very low, and the director, Josie, splits her time between Ocotillo and Estrella, leaving both centers without proper oversight. Staff morale is very low, and children are not getting the care and attention they deserve. I cannot recommend this center for anyone’s child.

Taking care of a child that didn't know English, in the rough time of the Corona. Everybody that ask me about a child care I recommend on this center with all of my heart.
