Our little one started going here at 11 months (she’d only ever been with family prior) and everyone here was so helpful in our transition into daycare. In addition to the big change of going to daycare, because of her age, she also would be transitioning to toddlers from infants at this time too. There was a lot of change for her and everyone at the center was so great to work with and made her feel as comfortable as possible. She runs into daycare everyday now. I also absolutely love how they send us photos/videos and updates throughout the day!

This center goes above and beyond to make your child feel welcome and loved. My daughter has been through 3 classrooms (many teachers) and is starting her 4th. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with everyone. She loves going to "school" and can't wait to see her friends and teachers every day. The teachers take the time to create and teach meaningful lessons for children of all ages; yes, including infants! We will be bringing our 2nd child to this center as well and are confident that our infant will be cared for greatly by the amazing Miss Christina, just as our 1st born was. We have appreciated how the teachers and directors are quick to respond to questions or concerns and are thorough with their communication.

Loved the staff and my kids did too! My girls took a while to get adjusted to a new school but once they got comfortable that’s all they ever wanted to talk about! They loved their teachers and although we no longer attend Kinder Care, my girls miss you all. Miss Brianna, Natalia still talks about you and all the spanish you’ve taught her. She’s very proud lol Thank you guys!

My child went here for almost 2years and no doubt the teachers take decent care of the kids, which is the reason me & my husband have retained our child here for so long since it's also convenient for our work location & schedule.
But I have to say this place is not the tidiest, its old, smells bad and stinks of Poop all the time especially in infant & toddler rooms. Dont say that's normal, it's NOT! I have seen other places that are maintained well. Also, if you notice....pretty much all the kids in infant & toddler rooms have runny noses year round and the teachers dont bother to wipe them frequently. So I have seen 1000s of times that kids have boogers running into their mouths...yikes!! I feel so pity for those little ones.
The biggest NEGATIVE rating goes out to Ms. MARLA - the Director of the center. Oh my! She has TONS OF ATTITUDE and she looks for every petty opportunity to somehow give an excuse to keep the kids' headcount to a minimum, especially around the holiday season and any breaks...just so she could leave early and let some of her staff early so she doesnt have to pay all the staff for full days or whatever! But aren't you supposed to be open till 6.30pm if it's a day before holidays like July 4th and you haven't announced ahead of time that you plan to close early? We are not expecting even till 6.30, atleast 5.45pm for working parents?
She also comes up with some excuse or the other to send kids home for silliest reasons like if they sneeze twice, or their body gets warm because they slept inside a fleece blanket, wore a jacket all day long and they feel warm to the touch... she suspects they are coming down with fever and calls you right away and makes the kid stay home for next 2days. If our child was really unwell, it breaks out heart to send the little one to school. But I see no reason to keep them home bored and affecting our work schedules for sneezing, duh!!!
The food they offer is not the healthiest choice either. Not that Melissa - the cook, is any bad. She may be just doing her job, but the quality of products they use itself is blah! The food is canned and bland, and I don't understand how difficult is it to use regular vegetables/fruits instead of canned ones?
I used to feel pity for my kid & others that they ought to eat that food (they dont allow home or outside food). The management may have to really think if they were in those kids' shoes, will they really even taste that food?. Wish they atleast had an option to let outside food, although I understand Kindercare is a franchise.
Lastly, very insignificant but makes me question about the work environment. Did any other parents who send their kids to this school ever notice that pretty much all teachers in this school look so lifeless, dull, with subdued behavior and low voices. I hope they get to enjoy their work more.
All in all, thankful ONLY for the teachers' services. Ms. Christina in infant room was very very good. I wish she looks for work elsewhere, not in this dump. MANAGEMENT SUCKS!
