I regret ever enrolling my son at this school. I was upfront about his condition, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), and they initially assured me that they were equipped to handle kids with special needs. I paid the $250 admission fee, and they promised to accommodate his nap schedule by keeping him for only half a day. Within just THREE DAYS, they kicked him out, claiming they were "discontinuing services."
It was incredibly painful and heartbreaking to see them send my son out of the classroom, left wandering at the reception. My wife was shocked when she went to pick him up and witnessed this behavior. When I asked for a refund due to their discontinuation of services, they refused, stating that the annual fee is non-refundable.
This school lacks professionalism and basic human empathy. Do not trust them with your child—enroll at your own risk.

We love the family culture and how welcoming all of the teachers are! Larissa made us feel right at home during our initial visit, and we loved the overall vibe compared to the other schools we had toured/visited. We loved that the teachers really want to be there and have been there for awhile - with little turn over, compared to the other schools! Safety was a big deal to us and knowing that the doors stay locked throughout the day, and the fact that all of the teachers + staff really get to know your child and their families - makes us feel so much more relaxed throughout the day knowing that our child is protected and safe. You can't put a dollar amount to that! Primrose is the place to be!

Our 2 year old has been going here for about and a year and a half and we've got nothing but great things to say. They've managed through Covid exceptionally well and the amount of growth we've seen in him has been phenomenal. Can't recommend them highly enough!
