The teachers and staff are extremely friendly with all parents and students. I love that even the front desk staff tends to know the students names and families. I’ve loved how engaging the infant room is for our son! When we were trying to find a daycare we heard the slightly older room had a curriculum and thought that was amazing but it’s been incredible to see how much the youngest infants are also learning. I’m always impressed and amazed how many activities and learning opportunities there are for babies that are under 1! I have seen so many activities that I never would’ve thought to do so I’ve seen that my son has been learning since day 1 and isn’t only cared after or entertained all day, but learning so much! I can only imagine how much he will continue to grow and learn as he gets older. I know every teacher will be amazing at this school but I already feel sad that he won’t always have his current teachers! They are incredible and I find so much comfort in leaving him in their care. It’s obvious they care about every student and he smiles so big when he sees them!

We had just moved across states when I enrolled my daughter here, and I was told she’d be given patience and support while adjusting. Unfortunately, that’s not what we experienced. Within just nine days, I was called repeatedly about things she was doing “wrong.” The final incident, opening a door and walking down a hallway, resulted in her being sent home and I believe ultimately dismissed from the daycare. While I understand safety is important, there was zero attempt to work together on a solution. I wasn’t asked to meet, collaborate, or even try new strategies. Just a short call saying Friday would be her last day. This is the first time my daughter has ever been dismissed from a daycare, and it left me feeling like they simply didn’t want to deal with her. No teamwork. No problem-solving. Just a quiet decision that she was too much. When I asked my daughter about the behavior, she said she was very, very bored and just wanted to come home. That told me a lot. The staff always greeted me politely, but the vibe was uncomfortable from day one. I often left feeling silently judged, not just about my daughter’s behavior, but about me as a parent. When I tried to talk, I felt dismissed. There was no warmth or real partnership, just an undercurrent of evaluation. If you have a high-energy child or a child who needs engaging, structured support, this is probably not the right daycare for you. Especially not if you’re looking for true collaboration during a big life transition. It’s also priced very high for what you actually get. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to families who need compassion, patience, or a team willing to work with you rather than push you out quietly.

The new campus is very nice and extremely clean. The teachers do a great job of caring for my child and she has blossomed since attending regularly. Primrose sets the standard for early education and the daily activities are carefully thought out to encourage learning, play and movement.
