- JLJessica LowFeb 3, 20191.0I would not recommend RCCC Bailey Cove. There we're quite a few questionable experience with our child that we never got any answers about. After experiencing a high turnover with teachers and management we were promised change that never came. Some activity that we witnessed and experience, not only with or child but with other children, does not even meet basic child care needs. We were constantly pointing out the lack of communication and begging for basic services such as letting us know when supplies were needed. The last week we were there, we dropped off milk for our child and noticed the milk provided before was still there 11 days past it's expiration date. Our child came home several times with bleach spots on clothes and items. Multiple incident reports a month. The director rarely returned phone calls and never seemed to properly address the issues. If an issue was presented she always had to get back to us but never would. She was rude and went as far as to yell at me when these communication issues were addressed. We were not receiving the minimum of child care service we were paying for.
