- TLTalisman LleshiOct 1, 20242.0We were very excited to get in. However we only stayed 1.5 months. They still required we payed though dissatisfied with the service. In fact with their 30 day notice policy, I gave 25 days because no one was ever at the desk in the morning and though she only attended two weeks in the month they required I pay for the whole month and the first week of the next month despite being consistently short staffed. We received emails every week about sick staff, confirm attendance. Once the front desk lady Ms. Amber left. Communication became poor and unpleasant otherwise. Kathryn was right out unkind. My daughter cried every morning at drop off and begged me not to leave her there. (She’s now at another school and joyfully attends.) Usually I don’t leave reviews like this, but if you are choosing to pay for this proposed elevated service you should be informed it was not ideal. (Lastly, Mr Senelle was a very kind loving teacher helping to improve her days)
