  I have now had two back to back appointments with them with a no show no call. The first time they completely forgot. I set back up for my next day that I would be home. They were supposed to come today. Again no show no call. I called and was told that no one worked today because of the cold weather. However, no one called. This is completely unacceptable. I talked to the same lady every time I called. Every time she seemed not to know exactly what she was doing. Today when I questioned why they couldn’t even call when they knew they weren’t working, she responded I don’t even work here. They have lost my business and any referrals from me. I would like to add that I have used them in the past with no problem. That was a couple years ago. Sad that they treat customers this way.

  Josh is amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Was skeptical when I first read their reviews. I can tell you I will recommend them to everybody.

  The new owner Joshua McNeil is an amazing guy, fast response and super polite. Go with Iverson Sanitation to get your septic pumped!

  I've worked with Iverson Sanitation for a few years at least. This company is always willing to help us and everyone I speak to is so knowledgeable about the systems. They're very responsive.

  didn't even get to booking for wedding. Rude over the phone, name calling, raising the price for "playing games". said delivery stands across these 3 days and all we asked was to try to deliver before rehearsal dinner... added another special delivery time fee.
