Tri State employees and store manager are very helpful and kind and during my time of almost 2 weeks was grate while my truck was at their shop and I want to say thank you to all of you and keep up the good work and thank you for the Netflix 🤣🤣. Sharon was a grate Maintenance Manager and help me with my warranty if she wasn’t there i would probably end up paying $$ for my transmission and I thank you for everything that you have done for me and Joyce was wonderful she is Parts specialist and there nothing that she doesn’t know about parts. I told her she gave me the wrong parts but I was wrong and she is right about the parts so you will deal with people of grate experience in this shop and Chris is the lead Technician and he knows about everything and he is a good person to take advice for your truck if anything wrong with it Warranty works pain in the a…….s and sometimes their hands are tied but the work they did was extra phenomenal and if you paying from your own pockets to get your truck fixed this is the best place to go and mechanic are very knowledgeable. But when it comes to the warranty it’s going to take lots of days to get anything done. Lastly i want to thank each and everyone who works in this facility sorry for not mentioning everyone names because i am bad with names and i thank Store Manager for having such an outstanding and experienced crew. I wish they opened Saturday also only for couple of hours….
- MSMichael SloanAug 18, 20225.0Great repair shop called them told him I had a def leak and needed a repair got me in right away ordered parts added repair even found out the reason that this line had melted which my mechanics did not find the only downside was I had to wait 5 hours more than likely because my company was determining if they wanted to approve the repairs
