- SKSharie KnightJul 3, 20241.0After explaining what I needed done, no crawl space, no existing ceiling fan, no hardware in place, Amanda stated there shouldn’t be any problem. The job was scheduled for 7:30, the tech showed up at 8:30 (first day on the job). He took one look and kindly told me it could not be done. He was here no more that 40 minutes. I am more than willing to pay for his one hour, but they insist I pay 2 hours as that is their policy. Ok, then why do you say you can do the job when in fact, you can’t. Buyer beware that just coming in to take a peek at your job will cost you 2 hours of nothing.
