  Hello my name is Joe. My wife and I are pleased with Window World ( St. Albans, West Virginia). Our installation was a success. The crew was led by seasoned installer Andy and Austin the other gentleman worked very hard and quickly. These installers and the company, Window World of Kanawha was truly a pleasure to watch. After installation they cleaned up and then Austin showed how all the windows operated and how to clean them and also where to look on the window for the model number in case there is an issue with a window at a later date. We are thankful for beautiful new windows, and are blessed that Window World of Kanawha, and their excellent installers put them in for us. We have more projects to do, we will definitely be using Window World of Kanawha. Thank you, JB

  We had 13 windows and 3 doors replaced. The installation crew was fantastic, they showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up as they worked. We did have an issue with the doorknobs but the office worked with us to get it taken care of. We could not be any happier. We definitely recommend Window World for your windows and doors.

  Recently purchased 14 windows from Window world and had them installed. We got 5 quotes and their price was in the middle of the bunch, so no issues there. The quality of the windows, as far as I can see at this point is just fine, time will tell, I guess. The install crew was great, punctual, friendly, answered all my questions, and did good work as far as I can see. The issue was between the salesman and the office with scheduling and time frame. The salesman left me with the impression that 6-8 weeks from the time of entering the contract until the windows were installed was the expected time frame. Two weeks after signing contract and paying 50%, I still hadn't been called to set up an appointment for measuring (which needed to be done prior to ordering my windows). When I called them, I was told that they were busy and would be calling me soon, but not to worry because me not getting my windows measured would not affect the install date. Well, being that they cannot install windows they don't have and they won't get windows that are not ordered, and they can't be ordered until they are measured tells me that is not quite true. It took a couple of more weeks after that to get them out to measure. In my many calls to the office for updates, I received a couple of promises to find out and call me back and did not receive said call backs when promised. Our contract was signed and payment made on 8/24/24. All windows except for one mis-measured and one damaged (they had to be re-ordered) were installed on 12/9/24 (15 weeks after being told 6-8) and the last two on 1/15/25. Had I known how long it would have taken, I may or may not have still used Window World. Even with the poor communication of time frame, had I been treated by the office staff like my business was important to them, my review would have been different. Our next project is doors. Guess who will NOT be getting a chance to give us a quote on that one.....

  Having been a hurricane window salesman in South Florida a few years ago and having formal window and glass training, I can attest to the fact that these Window World vinyl windows are top flight. The frame has 13 chambers for strength and efficiency, and they're modern vinyls that don't fade or discolor. The double pane glass is also argon filled for even more efficency. They have double locks and not only look great but they operate smoothly time and again. We purchased windows a few years ago from them for another home, so this is the second time. They were so helpful when we went to the store, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and to show us samples. Brian, the sales guy, came to the house this time. He was a pleasure to deal with. The entire team is very professional and friendly. Installation went flawless, and even the clean-up was done satisfactorily. I may sound verbose here, but I can't say enough about this company and product. I highly recommend them! Remember, cheap doesn't always mean good in construction. These windows are well worth the "correct price" that you pay for them . I wouldn't go anywhere else. Did I say that I looooove my new efficient windows.....? They're Charlie the Cat approved!
