  I have used this company twice now and the 1st time was ok they did there job and my garage door was fine . This last time in December they had stopped by to take a look at my door , the door could not close or open correctly. What ever they did worked for the time now 3 months later the same thing occurred, so I called them back and spoken to the guy im assuming is the owner, he said "no one wants to pay anything now a days " just because I asked him to come by and look at it and to give me a diagnosis on my garage since they could not fix it 3 months ago. I guess they dont guarantee there work . Everyone needs to pay correct, and i did pay for thr service which again 3 months later the same issue happed again , but when you do a service and you as a company or a business could not fix the job that you had done you should guarantee the services. All I had asked is to stop by to look and see what the issue is and why its happening and let me know and what I need to do . Its bad business when you tell your customer that now one wants to pay . Everyone should pay for the service but when its done correctly and the customer doesn't have to call back to ask why in only 3 months we have a problem! Like I said just come back and take a look and see whats needed to be done , I will pay what is needed to fix the problem , you don't have to get an attitude and say " no one wants to pay anything anymore ".

  We had two doors installed today. They look awesome! Excellent work and service was demonstrated. We would definitely recommend American Garage Door.

  I live in Morgantown and there are no garage door installers in town. Strange. My garage door was LOUD and one side of the spring was broken. I was expecting a new install that would cost me $3K-$4K Called this company and they asked me to send some photos. Installer came next day, called before driving from Shinnston, and was at my home an hour+ later. The installer was a MASTER. I had only scheduled a spring replacement. However, after watching my spring get replaced, I had him install new garage door opener. I got a new garage door opener, new spring, replaced old wooden mount and installed metal one. He braced up the top and bottom of the garage door with metal reinforcing. Cleaned up all the debris and took away my old garage door opener. for less $900!! These folks ROCK.

  We had the garage door at our rental property in Pleasant Valley replaced by American Garage Door in late May and are completely satisfied with the work! Their crew went above and beyond our expectations in replacing an old, falling apart wooden door with a new insulated steel unit. They replaced the tracks, realigned the photo-eyes and gave our tenant a functional remote for the opener; all this for a very reasonable price that included haul-away of the old unit. Anthony S. was our main contact person for the work and provided us with a clear invoice for our records. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for garage door replacement!

  Fantastic customer service! I contacted American Garage door a little after noon and my door was repaired and back in service at 3:30 on the same day! I live in Buckhannon so that includes travel time. The technician was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend American Garage Door.
