- JHJason HornbeckSep 24, 20255.0I requested an estimate on June 30th 2025, Catherine drove 3 hrs on July 5th 2025 for this estimate, the day after a holiday. Very impressed from the start with BigFoot and the estimate was what we expected. The job was completed in early August and we noticed a difference from the first day. Our home was built in 1920, very drafty in the winter and AC could not keep up in the summer. We would set our thermostat on 72 in the summer, the temp by end of day was 76-78 with continuous AC runtime. After the injection foam the units would maintain 71-72 all day even on the hottest most humid day. Our AC units did still run all day however maintained the temp. House is 2500 sqft, 2 story. Excited to see how the temp and drafts are in the winter. Matt and crew were outstanding form start to finish and clean up was great inside and outside as we had our attic insulated also. I 100% recommend BigFoot Retrofoam for this type of insulation.
