  This company came to our house in January and within a few hours, cracked our siding, cut a gas line, and destroyed a wall…all to find out we already had insulation where they were trying to install the foam. Matt was responsive and helpful before and during the mess, and fixed some of the problems. He told us he had ordered our siding and would be in touch. At this time, we have not heard from them and our messages have gone unanswered for almost over three months. Today, while preparing for painters, I realized the trim is completely detached from the wall he repaired. I am so disappointed and beyond frustrated.

  Honestly from start to finish these guys were great to work with. The crew was respectful, explained everything clearly, and the whole process was easier than I expected. Since the work was done, my home already feels warmer and a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done.

  BigFoot RetroFoam was impressive. From the Gentleman that came out and gave me my free estimate to the kind Lady who sent me emails and messages keeping me informed and to the gentlemen who came and did they work. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable of what my job was. They took time to make sure my house was as clean as when they arrived. Please call them first!!! This is just in layman terms of what the did for me…… Removed old insulation (they put old insulation in plastic bags before removing from attic) Air sealed attic.(sealed in ceiling gaps,holes,around any ventilation pipes) Foam board around the perimeter of the attic. Sprayed new R38 fiberglass. Completely covered the floor of attic. Higher in inches than expected. (Could only see a few pieces of plywood left to help get around to change my filter on heat pump.think of a pink winter wonderland) They protected my carpet with plastic and vacuumed all the areas they were walking or working.

  I called needing a second opinion on attic insulation but knew I didn’t want spray foam. They were one of the only companies I could find that were willing to do blow-in. I also needed a quote on a vapor barrier for my crawl space. Aaron came out 2 days later. He was awesome. We chatted and I let him know my hesitations and he assured me all would be good. Sent the quote that evening. The next day l I accepted it and they were able to come 2 weeks later. When they got here they found some very interesting things going on in my attic and were able to take care of all of them. Matt came out to help with that process and he was great. I did have a discrepancy between the quoted product for the crawl space and what was provided but it was quickly resolved. Everyone that was in my house was respectful and caring. They got the job done in 2 days and I can already tell it’s working! Great group of guys!

  They did a very quick and thorough job. I could tell a difference almost immediately. The house is quieter and the walls aren’t so cold anymore.
