- TQTom QueenOct 15, 20251.0Called for an estimate and they gave me the estimate and said they would do the work. I Added a couple of things on it and they said they would give me a new estimate and I never heard back. That was August 26th and still have not heard anything. If you change your mind let the customer know instead of having to wonder what is happening. I was excited that I found someone and I liked Adam we picked him out of multiple estimates. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed.

They did not fully honor the job they promised, and when I tried to discuss this with field supervisor I was told that the owner would give me a call. He never did call! 2 weeks later, I was told to call him to get permission about work that I was told was going to be done by his employees. When we talked on the phone it became very clear that he only cared about getting paid and not at all about taking care of the customer. When I told him that I would not do business with his company in the future, he decided to hang the phone up on me. VERY WEAK MOVE JOHN!
