I live out of state but she called me telling me how awful an experience it was dealing with Shawn who had come out. First they were supposed to come at noon but showed up between 9-10 while she was in the shower so she had to call to get them to come back. Then when they were there Shawn heard a leak under the house but said he wouldn’t go further in the crawl space. There was a lot of water under there so I can understand this part of it but how he interacted with my Mom was the issue. She told me he was yelling at her and she felt it was aggressive, threatening, and definitely not professional. She was talking with him while she was holding the screen door open and at one point she said he grabbed the door. My Mom’s a 73 year old woman dealing with health problems and it’s awful that she had to deal with this guy giving her this terrible attitude. She got sick she was so stressed by this encounter. Shame on Montani for giving this kind of service and having someone this unprofessional work for them.

Had called Al Marino for a 40 gallon hot water heater install, price for labor was ridiculously expensive. Saw MMG online and had them do an estimate. Labor along with upgrades to get me up to code was way more reasonable. Plumbers were very nice and helpful. Will be using MMG in the future. A+++
