They rearranged their schedule to make it happen and delivered a thorough, efficient clean. Madison was especially kind and attentive, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I couldn’t recommend Super Maids more highly.

They did not finish in one day and were supposed to come back and finish. Called after a week and had to remind them to come finish. Base boards dirty with dog hair and dog snot. Same for steps and side if kitchen island cabinet. Cost over $1500! Very disappointed. We called to discuss and were told that they would review the pictures they had taken when they had finished with their staff, and have a training on them. No refund of any sort offered, no offer to come make it right. Will not hire again.
