  Steers has been the only company that I’ve used for my system for years. AC went down yesterday and they were here this morning. It’s now working great! They have always been professional, honest, and easy to work with. Their prices are fair and the techs have been top notch!

  Good to know that you're cancelling a visit a week after you were scheduled to be on-site. The excuse of "we sent you an email" is 1. completely lame. You don't email someone that you had a phone conversation with that you're going to do the exact opposite of what you just discussed. 2. Not true. An email was either never sent or sent to the wrong address. BTW, if you had called, you could've ensured that someone got your message. I guess that would've been too uncomfortable for you though.
