Had a capacitor that was bad so he replaced that, my filter and general cleaning of the system. Very thorough maintenance checkup. Gave me a written report before he left of all the items. Highly recommend Daniel if you need anything done.

He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem, which was a failed ignitor. He had a replacement part on his truck and had the furnace repaired and running within about 45 minutes. Very happy with the response time and the repair.

The purpose of this visit was to assess some plumbing issues as well as discuss a tankless water heater purchase and installation. Zach and his crew member were very knowledgeable and professional. After gathering the information that was needed, a plan was proposed with a thorough estimate for what is needed. Also presented to me were options for Grogg’s Comfort Club which will be added value to keep peace of mind on the condition of my home’s HVAC and plumbing. I’m looking forward to doing business with Grogg’s.Home Services.

They have continued to provide quality service, keeping their focus on customer satisfaction! My husband passed 4 years ago and I am grateful for the variety of services they have available. My furnace stopped working on a night that it was 9 degrees. I called at 7:45, they arrived by 8:15, had temporary heat by 10:15. New unit installed within 2 days. Thank you Joe, Jake, Rylan and the young man who worked hard to get me temporary heat!

Very professional but the cost for a central heat and AC unit for an 1100sqf home downstairs only estimate given upon walk through at $19,650 when there are many more cost effective options. 20K dollars.and more after financing. seriously...I could go ptac unit or mini split for under 5k. Other shops have quoted between 10k and 13k. Im not unhappy with them they just are not my best option. Running between 6 and 9 thousand more dollars for the same install is just not beneficial to me. I paid 0 for the estimate
