  Very satisfied with my experience. Mason and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. They had my water restored quickly for me. I would highly recommend them and will reach out to them again should the need arise again. Plus communication was top notch and kept me informed from time appointment was made until job was completed. Price was very reasonable too! I am a happy customer 😊.

  Christian was personable and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem (a loose spark plug connection) in a few minutes, but continued educate me about troubleshooting other common problems that might arise in the future as well as parts that over time might fail due to age and wear. He was savvy and well spoken. However, the total time it took get me up and running properly took all of 15-20 minutes. Cost of $116 means I was essentially paying $400 per hour. That’s a little stiff for reattaching a spark plug wire.

  I am a property manager for several homes in the Lewisburg, WV area. Appalachian Heating just completed installing new HVAC systems in three of the houses that I am responsible for maintaining. I must say that this company is absolutely first-class in the way it conducts business. From my very first call to receive a quote, to the completion of the installations, their professionalism was truly outstanding across the board. Their estimator, Bic, was my first in-person contact. He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. His approach to the systems impressed me from the outset. The folks in the office were always aware of what was happening regarding schedule, billing, and general questions each and every time I spoke with them. The installation crews, consisting of Bobby Rucker, Michael Hobbs, Jason Akers, Steve Lanham, and Matt Cook, were absolutely top-notch. They were all great to work with. They took my thoughts and comments seriously, performed their task with absolute professionalism, and left the worksite clean and in perfect order each day at the completion of their work. These folks are the BEST! If you have HVAC needs, call Appalachian Heating. You will not be sorry. Thank you, Appalachian Heating! I'll be doing more houses soon, and you are my guys. Keep up the good work!

  Superman (business) to the rescue! A family medical matter has required out of state travel for several months. As a result, preparations for winter were limited. When the recent ice and snow storms hit, we lost heating. Eventually power was restored but our propane fireplace would not light. The business where it was purchased is closed so I turned to Appalachian Heating for assistance. Even in the midst of snow and ice storms, Christian Guilford made two trips to our house within five days of my first call. He not only corrected the initial problem but provided us with new equipment to enhance the use of our fireplace. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We have decided to start another project soon and will definitely be reaching out to Mr Guilford and Appalachian Heating. Thank you for your help..it was truly appreciated.

  We had a new install done by Appalachian heating and cooling. Everything seemed fine then 1.5 years in the heating rod went bad and another company came into to look at it. The found duct lines run out the bottom of the air handler straight 90 degree into the ground clogging half the vent. They found air leaks not just under the furnace itself but also on every joint of the air handler. These guys charged us to show up and look at it, charged us to replace it and now want to charge us to fix the shotty ventilation leaks. The tech made comments about their own companies bad craftsmanship. Specifically said Stevie Wonder coulda done a better job installing that hvac unit. This company over charges for product that’s subpar and on top of all of that the do a crappy job installing it. Maybe they do it in hopes of making more money, I don’t know. I cannot in good faith hire this company again
