- CHChad Henninger1 day ago1.0We hired DKT to complete two projects for us back in 2024. Work was slated to begin in April- May 2025 but ended up not starting till mid-July. DKT started with the smaller project which was just a basic bathroom and as of March 2, 2026 the project is not complete. After expressing our displeasure with how things were going, they allowed us to cancel the second project. We asked for a refund for the deposit we put down on the second project and they informed us they do not have the funds to reimburse us at this time. Communication has fallen off substantially. Can’t get any clear answers. Hope to give an updated review once we bring the situation to a conclusion.

I'm very particular and they met my expectations in craftsmanship, dependability and professionalism. They also reconstructed my kitchen island that was improperly designed by another Morgantown company. My only regret is that I didn't employ them when I remodeled my kitchen!
