    Chase was my technician, he arrived promptly after letting me know he was on his way, and he saved the day by replacing the faulty parts on my furnace! He was professional and gave me good advice on increasing the frequency of replacing my filters, too. I was also very pleased with the ease of making an appointment in the first place. I’ve worked with Advanced HVAC in the past, and I’ll definitely use them in the future!

    Not happy with their service, the guy didn't even do the job, he didn't have the equipment to unfreeze the pipe and said I had to get heater to get the pipes unfrozen,.the job was to thaw pipes and fix them Only here 5-10 minutes I'm disappointed

    Coldest day of the year and our furnace breaks. I called Advanced emergency line at 10pm asking for them to call back or come out. 12 hours later I havent even gotten a call back.
