  The technician was knowledgeable and respectful. The cost was in my opinion high. If a 15 minute fix costs $1900, what would an upgrade cost.

  I had an AC issue and a Furnace issue within the last two weeks. I called Advanced Heating and Cooling and they sent Technician Chase to my home promptly. He called to inform us he'd be on his way and arrived almost to the minute of the scheduled time. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He fixed our issues both days without delay. Chase explained the issue, the resolution, and the cost prior to performing the work. With this company you can tell that customer service matters and Chase exemplifies it!!! Kim C

  We had issues with our furnace on occasion blowing cold air instead of warm air. We had to do a system reset each time. I called out Advanced to check on the system. I told them the exact error codes we were getting when it happens. He ran a single test blowing the heat out in Stage 2 and concluded our system was fine and blamed our neighborhood gas fluctuations. Charged me the service fee and left. Again, let me reiterate, I told them this doesn't happen all the time but gave them the codes and description of the issue. Well using AI and youtube I figured out it was a dirty flame sensor. I personally opened up the ignitor box and cleaned it. It would have take the guy less than 5 mins to check the flame sensor and clean it. I would have been happy with that. Ever since I did the service myself I have not experienced our issue. EDIT: So the technician called after I posted this review. Again, a nice guy, but I'm just even more confused at the process Advanced uses. Is it just to sell their maintenance packages? He told me that they only check the internals and blow out the blower/drain trap if you order a maintenance package and he sent me quotes for them. I told him that I told dispatch I wanted a single maintenance visit not a membership or package and that I was experiencing issues with the furnace too. Sorry, but I just don't agree with how this was handled. I appreciate the call back but I clearly wanted my furnace looked at rather then him run it for 15 mins and say it's fine. Like do you tell a mechanic you hear a noise in your car and they just turn it on and say it's okay and then charge you $100 for putting it on the rack.... no cause that is silly. It's w/e I'll just be using someone else.
