  We had a fantastic experience with our technician Will. From start to finish,everything was handled professionally and efficiently.. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. He didn't try to upset unnecessary services. Made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It's not always easy to find reliable and trustworthy service, but this was definitely one of those rare experiences. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing A/C repairs or maintenance.

  I contacted Johnson and Johnson from a referral. I build houses and this was my personal home. The heat pumps have been installed for 7 years, and we had a problem with heat and ac. Chris identified the issue quickly. There wasn't an option to what needed done. He had are unit operational in about an hour. Second issue, emergency heat. He found a wire disconnected and plugged it back in, lol, and the heat strips started to work. He did not stop there. He tested the 3 components and found out it was only running on two. I asked him to quote the labor and parts to have the heat strips replaced. I agreed with the fair price and will most likely get in a maintenance program with Johnson and Johnson. His attention to detail and explaining issues clearly is very rare. I appreciate the service that has and will be provided in the future and definitely would recommend Johnson and Johnson to others from my experience with Chris!

  Company responded to needs and communicated in a timely manner to set up appointment with Paul the technician and diagnose our AC issue. Sales Associate, KORRINA arrived as scheduled the following morning and was very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable and able to explain options available to correct and solve our HVAC system...a 5 Star performance in every aspect.

  It was decided that we needed a new AC/ heat pump installed. After we decided on a unit we were called to set up a appointment to have it installed. The turn around time was amazing. Gavin and his apprentice came to install the new unit. I showed the men where everything was. They got right to work in taking out the old unit. We found out it was 47 years old. They had a lot of work on their hands. They continued to work all day into the evening. They never complained about anything. We are very happy with the young gentleman that installed the new unit. They did an amazing job. They cleaned up so well it doesn't look like anyone was here. We are very happy J and J Johnson gives new apprentice the chance to get experience and learn more about their chosen career. We would recommend this company. Words cannot express how happy we are with this company and all of their staff.
