  Mike, Isiah, Wendell, and the whole negley’s office team were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. We feel confident in our water now and would highly recommended Negley’s.

  Moved to the area recently, on the first day turned on the water in the house and it had quite a smell. Called Negley's, Jason came out and did a whole house diagnosis and told us what he thought we needed to fix the problem. We had them install a system, which only took part of one day, and within a day or two the whole house water situation was cleared up. There is no longer any odor, and we can drink right from the tap. Jason came back a couple of weeks later, as he said he would, and checked the system they installed and took some water samples to verify that everything was as it should be, good people, good service, thank you, Greg and Pat

  Yesterday we had a water softener installed by Negley's. The technical crew (Turner and Mitch) were very friendly and top notch. The installation work was excellent. The pipes were straight on the walls and there wasn't any mess when they left. Turner put the turn off valves on the wall rather than the ceiling so we wouldn't need a ladder to turn them off. When they were finished Turner gave us a tutorial on how to use and maintain the softener in easy to understand instructions. I highly recommend this company for your well drilling (they did ours) and water softeners.

  Yearly service call is $135. That is a significant increase from when I first bought this very expensive system 3 yrs ago. This should have included all that was needed, but the receipt says it only covers a half hour. There was more of a labor charge for time. He changed a clack drive cap that was leaking, but that was under warranty, so, I guess it's not really under warranty fully if one has to pay for labor? Or was the extra time for putting in a few bags of salt I already had there? If I would have known each minute extra was being paid for, I would have said no thank you to his offer of dumping the salt in for me. Also, the 3 filters are expensive. He was professional and polite. Explained the settings to me. But, I guess the time it took to answer that question . . . I was charged for. I doubt this $260 bill needed to be so expensive, but I'm sure they feel justified in their billing. Maybe I can find another company to do a check up next time. Idk.

  We are incredibly grateful to Negley's Water for the top-tier job they did drilling our well. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding. We initially were using a different company for our indoor water needs, but after working with Negley's on the well itself, their far superior knowledge and professionalism completely won me over. We ultimately decided to use them for all of our water services and I’m so glad we did. After the well was completed, Jason came out to test our water and walk us through how to optimize it for our home. He was an absolute joy to work with -- knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us make smart decisions. He gave us thoughtful, practical recommendations that helped us prioritize improvements and enhance the water quality in our older home without pushing unnecessary upgrades. We had a reverse osmosis system installed, and Jason returned again to test the drinking water afterward. The results were literally perfect. Negley's provided exceptional service, expertise I felt I could actually trust, and people who truly cared about the quality of their work end-to-end. I couldn’t recommend them more highly, especially during a time when water tables are lowering and our homes are at risk.
