While installing the water softener, the technician noticed our well pump was constantly kicking on. The next day, a pump team from Negley’s came out and diagnosed and corrected the issue promptly. Every interaction we’ve had with Negley’s has been highly professional. The service techs are excellent at their jobs and highly knowledgeable. Jason was great to deal with when we purchased our softener system. Highly recommend Negley’s for all home water needs.

I feel like we have a trusted source for all of our homes water needs. Jason always has a solution as he's proven he knows what he's talking about. Polite and informative, quick to reply and/or show up. Today we had a UV light installed to purify our well water that i had concerns about. They were very professional, informative and easy to talk with. They installed it in under 2 hrs, it looks great and i now feel at ease about the purification of our water as well as understand how it works and what to look for running into anything failing. Comes with a good warranty! I was told that Jason will be in contact with us when the time comes (1 year) to replace our UV Bulb. We are in such good hands! I highly recommend Negley's Water! Office staff are very friendly and helpful as well!
