  Seth and Blake are true professionals. Our new system needed a lot of custom fittings, and they took the time to make sure the craftsmanship was top-notch. Matt Johnson was also a pleasure to work with; he also kept us comfortable with loaner space heaters until the job could be done. Great service all around.

  I needed a new HVAC system, and received estimates from five separate companies. Johnson & Johnson offered the system with the newest refrigerant, longest labor warranty, and longest 0% financing option. They were also very responsive when it came to answering my questions. Their price (for both the system itself and monthly maintenance subscription) were in line with competitors offering comparable systems. Seth, Blake, and Evan made the installation process quick and painless. From start to finish they were considerate yet efficient. Don’t just take it from me though, see what one of their competitors had to say about their pricing👀

  Technician Allan R. came out and gave us a second opinion on a new heat pump system. He was very professional and respectful. His technical expertise became clear early on in our meeting and he explained things in layman terms which we very much appreciated! His knowledge, experience, and expertise were greatly appreciated and we would not hesitate to ask for him in the future!

  J&J did a routine maintenance of our 2 units. Cleaning and preventative work was accomplished in a thorough manner A preventive sleeve was recommended for the outdoor electric wiring leading into the unit. I purchased it at $196.00..I thought that price was high but decided to do it anyway. Also, Paul recommended that we get a whole house duct cleaning at $795. I thought this price was too high but would consider at a later time. The technicians were professional and competent.

  "Professional, honest, and easy to work with — highly recommend!" I came across Johnson and Johnson after reading a positive review on NextDoor, and after a little research, I was pleased to see they’re a family-owned company. I had used a large HVAC company in the past and wasn’t happy with their service, so I decided to give J&J a try. Setting the appointment was easy, and their communication was excellent throughout. The technician, Anthony, was exceptionally clean, courteous, and personable — a true professional. He inspected both of my systems: the basement unit was dirty, but after I cleaned the filters, it started working better. The upstairs unit, however, has bad motor bearings and, at 21 years old, really needs to be replaced. I appreciated that J&J offered a discount on the second unit instead of charging full price for each, like the other company wanted to. That showed honesty and integrity. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and transparency, and I feel confident recommending Johnson and Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning to others.
