  Johnson n Johnson came to my home for an hvac installation and to clean my vents and did a great job. Evan, conner, Joseph, and Mason were the 4 young men and they were very respectful and thorough at their job. Walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions with great detail. Richard Reddick was the salesman who helped me through the process. He was always professional and never hard to get a hold of, even after hours. I have no complaints with anyone on that team

  Johnson & Johnson’s install team did a great job today replacing our HVAC system. Brendan, Seth and Isaiah cared for our needs, are very professional and provided answers to questions and systems use. We highly commend and recommend them for future install work. Great customer service by the whole Johnson & Johnson team.

  Allan was professional, client oriented, knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Was able to answer all my questions concerning the new whole house humidifier he installed. Had been here the previous day for our routine HVAC maintenance. When I mentioned that we were awaiting a call to schedule the installation, he took the initiative to follow up with the scheduling staff. Very happy with the outcome.

  Run away from this company. I had them come and service my hvac system. It was immediately very apparent that they are after you to get a new system installed by their company. Close to $2000 of repairs were suggested and I reluctantly agreed to have them done within a week. I was charged a $500.00 deposit which they insisted I didn’t pay until I provided them with a receipt signed by their technician. Several weeks went by and the repairs were never completed. What really upset me is that they lied on several occasions. Do yourself a favor and run from this company

  Anthony was called out to our apartment complex to work on our new HVAC units that were installed last year by contractors out of GA. Anthony came and did work on my daughter’s apartment and mine. Seems both of us had similar issues with the thermostat not relaying information to the system. He got both of us back and reprogrammed. He listened to our issues, he watched the videos I took of what the system was doing. Of course the system didn’t want to do exactly as it was doing when it shut down but he gave me thorough explanations and stated if by chance it happens again to call immediately and they can look into it further. So far so good. I’m sure my daughter didn’t have time to give a review so I was just giving a review for both of us We both were satisfied and recommend Johnson and Johnson As well as Anthony, the service technician
