He was very nice but when he took the part off , it was hot and he dropped it on our wood floor and chipped it. He did not offer a discount. We are part of their Comfort Club and are seriously thinking of canceling it.

The same very cold day! Johnson & Johnson's HVAC Engineer, William, arrived. William quickly diagnosed what he felt was most likely the problem. William had the replacement part on his truck. William replaced the part and we once again had heat. William pointed some things out to me on my HVAC system, which is now 8 years old. I scheduled Johnson & Johnson to return and perform some general maintenance on my HVAC system. William returned in a couple of days and performed the general maintenance. William is a good guy and is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. An outstanding experience with Johnson & Johnson from beginning to end.

Unfortunately, he had to order a valve but could not be ordered until Monday. That meant two days and I had to go and buy 5 heater units to keep pipes from freezing. On Monday, the item was ordered and I received a phone call. Now I’m waiting for the part to come in and then schedule a date and time for installation.
