Had my HVAC inspected and viroblasted, my technician (Preston B)was quick and efficient. The price is great as it's included in their Comfort Plan (Viroblast was extra) and it also includes a free yearly plumbing check, they (Joey C) were also very thorough and quick. Thank you both 👍🙂

Anthony worked on HVAC to find the problem. It turns out that the propane valve was not working. Unfortunately, he had to order a valve but could not be ordered until Monday. That meant two days and I had to go and buy 5 heater units to keep pipes from freezing.
On Monday, the item was ordered and I received a phone call. Now I’m waiting for the part to come in and then schedule a date and time for installation.

Joey C came out as part of our Comfort Club inspection and did a very thorough job. He checked our water heater, toilets, and sink pipes, and also performed a water test to explain our water quality. He took the time to walk us through everything, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we understood what he was seeing. Very professional and easy to work with. Great experience overall.

The HVAC technician arrived promptly. He was polite and communicated effectively. The reason I am giving 3 stars is while we were in the crawl space approximately 4 feet high the tech smacked his head on a CFL light bulb and glass went everywhere. Any other day that would’ve been a minor inconvenience, however that day I just had a Radon mitigation company install an active mitigation that included sealing the ground with a vapor barrier. $2000 So at the point it was dark and I had glass shards on the freshly installed plastic vapor barrier that I was left to clean up. I know accidents happen, but if a little bit more time and care were taken by the technician, I wouldn’t be writing a three star review.
