  Mike was really helpful in inspecting areas of our house for mold. He ensured me some concerns I had were not a problem. He gave us a very fair estimate for mold that was in the basement. Team worked quickly and efficiently. Mold was removed.

  I’m always one to do research and read reviews prior to calling anyone out to do work on my house, I read a few reviews of Mike’s business when my cabin flooded and they were great so I gave him a call. The reviews don’t lie, if you’re in need of any kind of water restoration this is your guy. Mike and came out a few hours after I called them, my wife and I had got to our cabin after a week long of freezing temps to find our toilet had cracked an the water had been running for a day, we had about an inch of water in the bathroom, and both bedrooms were soping wet. Mike and reassured us that they would take care of everything. Gave us an instant quote over the phone and were honest and upfront about everything. Mike is not out to get you, he is a very honorable guy who’s making a living helping people. He has no interest in overcharging you. Mike and his partner Eric got started right away, pulling up the carpet, removing the vinyl bathroom floor, and testing the moisture levels in the walls. Within a short amount of time they had fans under everything and large dehumidifier set up. They assured us they would save everything they could and that it wasn’t as bad as we originally thought. Mike returned the next day and checked to make sure everything was working properly, tested the moisture levels, and adjusted some of the fans. Mike and Eric were thorough and professional throughout the entire experience. They saved my cabin, saved the floors, and even saved the carpet. I can’t talk enough about the work Mike and Eric did and how hard they worked to get it done. In the end, I was very happy I called Mike, overall it was around $1,000 and was within dollars of his phone estimate. For the amount of work done, the hours spent, equipment used, and how little damage was actullay done after Mike got to work, it was money very well spent and don’t usually say this but was happy to write that check. I literally couldn’t give a higher recommendation. Mike also runs his own contracting company, which he does great work, I’ll be writing separate review there for some work I had done after this incident.

  These guys are fantastic! We had a sump pump failure because of a dunderhead plumber. Eight at night my son comes to tell me my basement is all wet. I called and they were here in an hour. Had everything assessed quick, and were ready to work through the night if I wanted. They were super flexible throughout the whole process. Kept me informed every step of the way. Willing to explain everything that was going on. Even willing to help me get info on refinishing the basement when they were done. Communication is top notch. And that was most appreciated. You don't find that much today. Their work was quick, efficient, and quality. You really can't ask for anything more. Great work, great communication, great empathy, great responsiveness. *Edit* Had to call again 3/31/23. Damage due to sewer blockage. Service is just as good as first two times. I will call Mike again if I, goodness forbid ever need this kind of work again. Why are you still reading this?! Call!

  EWRR were so helpful when my finished basement flooded due to severe storms in the area. They immediately got to work to stem any further water damage. They documented everything and the crew was very respectful of the fact that personal items were lost. After the initial phase of removing damaged items and accessing structural damages, they returned every day to monitor levels of dampness until our basement was completely dry. They were very busy (nonstop calls to their cell phones from other homeowners) but never made me feel that they were rushing to move on to another job. I highly recommend their services.
