  I just moved into my home. My family noticed some noises in the system, and I called for an inspection The technician, John, was in the neighborhood and came over immediately. He looked over everything, found some loose things that needed tightening and the charge for everything was very reasonable. He also made recommendations and offered advice on getting the best results from the system. I am very impressed with his fast service and professional, caring attitude.

  Shenandoah AC and Heating technicians are fantastic! They are friendly, easy to talk to, professional, and provide excellent service from start to finish. The technicians take the time to explain everything and make sure the job is done right. They stand behind their work and products. It is refreshing to work with a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

  Shenandoah replaced an AC unit about a year ago. With the cold, it developed a problem. They came out and determined a fuse had gone bad due to a bees nest being built on top of it. The brave men removed the nest, replaced the fuse and confirmed it was fixed before they left. There was no charge for part or labor because it was under warranty! The office staff is always wonderful, the guys were at my house within a couple hours of my call. They guys are professional and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

  I had a new Trane air handler and heat pump installed on Monday 3/23/26. Installers Chad, Matt and Jorden did a great job removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. The three guys were very polite, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on time and got finished about a hour early. The system works great! Maintenance tech Josh Mercado also was helpful diagnosing the problem and he recommended what components were needed to get our HVAC system in top shape. Thank you Shenandoah heating and air-conditioning.

  A little over a week ago we paid $450 for them to come and clean and perform maintenance on our HVAC system due to a musty smell. We waited over a week and that musty smell was still present. My husband is now having to go back and reclean the system. We thought for $450 we would at least get it cleaned enough so the smell would become somewhat less, but I guess a “basic clean” is just that…very basic. But just enough for them to try and sell you additional services and products within that same visit.
