She was always available, quick to respond, and never pushy. I love the community, and my home is beautiful, well-built, and was completed right on time. The attention to detail from the project managers, especially Rich, was excellent. My backyard even has a lovely mountain view. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend South Brook, plus, there’s a Starbucks right up the road! ☕️🏡

The salespeople will say anything to get you to buy, including make false promises about settlement time lines, how sloped your yard is going to be, whether you can add electrical to an unfinished basement, whether you can have the pantry and closet listed in your contact - that actually has an HVAC in it... the past few months have been a nightmare. The only person who seems decent is the Construction Manager. We're stuck and full of regret!
